I made an order and have not received an order confirmation, is my order not completed?

- Check your bank statement to see if anything has changed in your account. If yes check the email address used to order is correct, then send an email to ceeluxebeauty@gmail.com and we will resend your order confirmation 

Do you ship worldwide ?

- Yes we offer Standard international shipping for £10 and Express DHL international shipping for £20

My parcel has not arrived in the delivery time stated and tracking has not been updated

- Our domestic orders only show an update in tracking when the parcel is dropped at Royal Mail or when delivery has been attempted. Due to Covid-19 please allow 2/3 day delay on all orders then email ceeluxebeauty@gmail.com 

- Our International orders are all tracked please allow 2/3 days outside delivery time

My order has not been delivered next day

- Next day delivery is only available Mon-Thurs before 1pm

How do I qualify for MUA discount?

- Add 15+ pairs of lashes into your basket and apply 'MUA40' at checkout

My order has arrived damaged/faulty or My order is missing an item

- We are extremely apologetic for the damaged/missing items. Please send us images to our email or wix chat and we will rectify the problem
